Anand Melwani formed ARM Real Estate Group in 2011 to serve prominent real estate families, institutions and investors on commercial property acquisitions and real estate mandates.
Anand’s decade of experience as an Investment Sales and Leasing broker enabled him to form and successfully run ARM Real Estate Group. Prior to establishing ARM Real Estate Group, Anand worked at two premier full service brokerage houses where he sold retail, office, multifamily and development properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions. Additionally, Anand spearheads the firms advisory division which includes loan originations, note sales and 1031 exhanges.
Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.
Dean became a part of ARM Real Estate Group in 2022, after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University. At the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, Dean received a degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Finance. Throughout his college years, Dean has established a powerful network of investors, leaders, and like-minded individuals. Dean has spent his entire life in New York, obtaining intimate knowledge of the city’s real estate market and everything it has to offer. Client satisfaction is Dean’s top priority when it comes to any transaction. He is a firm believer in transparency, dedication, and efficiency. Dean is a licensed salesperson and an essential part of ARM’s Long Island investment sales division.
