Anand Melwani formed ARM Real Estate Group in 2011 to serve prominent real estate families, institutions and investors on commercial property acquisitions and real estate mandates.
Anand’s decade of experience as an Investment Sales and Leasing broker enabled him to form and successfully run ARM Real Estate Group. Prior to establishing ARM Real Estate Group, Anand worked at two premier full service brokerage houses where he sold retail, office, multifamily and development properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens.
Anand’s core relationship base includes many typically inaccessible or unapproachable owners of desirable real estate including owners of retail, mixed-use and multi-family properties. Anand has been involved in over half a billion dollars of transactions. Additionally, Anand spearheads the firms advisory division which includes loan originations, note sales and 1031 exhanges.
Anand has received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University Schack Real Estate Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Kogod School of Business at American University in Washington DC.
Alexandre Goulet joined ARM Real Estate Group in January 2016. Under Anand’s directive, Alexandre has been responsible for spearheading ARM’s growing development site sales business. In that time, he has completed transactions totaling over $100,000,000. Alexandre also co-heads the firm’s loan advisory business, working with lenders and developers on a variety of mandates.
In 2015, Alexandre graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business, with a specialization in Finance, from Bishop’s University in Canada. Alexandre is a native French speaker.
Alexandre is driven to succeed and is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with Developers and Brokers alike.
Eli Zempsky joined ARM Real Estate Group in 2019 following his graduation from The University of Connecticut. At UConn, Eli received a degree in economics with a concentration in real estate, as well as certification in ARGUS Enterprise (ASC). He was also a member of the real estate society, competing in case competitions and learning from seasoned industry professionals.
Before joining ARM, Eli worked at NAI Elite as a brokerage intern in his hometown of West Hartford, CT. He also holds his real estate salesperson’s license in the state of Connecticut.
Eli’s passion for real estate stems from the opportunity to create value for others. Consequently, Eli is focusing on the transaction of development sites in the NYC area. Outside of work, Eli enjoys reading, cooking, and fitness. He is a former NCAA lacrosse player and an avid New York Giants football fan.
